Players Requirements :

Proper baseball attire (hat, shirt, baseball pants, socks) Please no tank tops

Duffle or bat bag (to organize personal items)

Tennis shoes & baseball cleats

Money for snacks and drinks (optional)

Camp Instruction will include:
-
Hitting instruction - emphasis on fundamentals & mechanics, situational hitting, hitting to the opposite field, mental approach to hitting and hitting pitch counts.
-
Throwing instruction – proper mechanics to improve accuracy & velocity and drills / exercises to safely develop arm strength.
-
Position specific training - pitcher, catcher, infield and outfield. Daily group instruction.

Base running - daily drills and skill development.
-
A better understanding of game situations.

HQ4 Baseball is not responsible for transportation to or from any camp sites.

In case of inclement weather all activities will move to HQ4 Baseball’s Indoor Facility located at 1328 Cross Beam Dr. You will be notified with as much advance notice as the weather will allow.
