Fees & Services


2020-2021 Fees for SCAA Recreational & Competitive Programs


  Fees cover the Club's costs associated with field maintenance, SCAA player registration fees, administrative, operational expenses, insurance, league fees, referee fees and NCYSA registration fees are included in cost. Family Membership Fee is $80. Each family that has a child in SCAA sports is responsible for the yearly family membership fee. Recreational teams: fee  only covers the Fall season.  Spring season registration will open at the end to the Fall Rec. season for the 2020-2021 season,  All program Uniforms will be ordered directly from Challenger Teamwear SCAA store.  The cost of our uniform bundles is $90 per purchase for Youth Academy and Competitive teams: fee covers both Fall and Spring seasons. For retuning competitive players uniforms from the 2019/2020 can be used for the 2020/2021 season. Recreation uniform bundle is $30 The All uniforms are beginning a new cycle. There will be new Under Armour game jerseys, shorts, and socks, the training jersey will also be new for 2020-2021.  Uniform fee is in addition to registration fee. It is not added at the time of registration, but is ordered directly by parents. For our Little Kicker Teams Scaa will order Uniform. This will be included  in the registration fee.

2020 – 2021 




Fall & Spring Seasons (8 months) starting August 1, 2020 and ending approximately April 30, 2021 

Fees Include:

Coaching, Grassroots Soccer  skills training, Development, Conditioning, Fields, Equipment, Registration, Insurance.

Fall (August-November) and Spring (January-April) seasons will consist of playdates with other local academies and NCYSA Showcase Festivals.  Additional tournaments may be added.

Players will usually participate in approximately 15-20 matches per season, 6-8 Showcase Festival matches per season.

Academy teams have 1 night of practice and 1 night of pool team training sessions by Creative Player staff -between 3-4 hours per week.

Does no include: Uniform fee; team fees.


TEAM FEES:  Referee fees, coaches travel, optional tournamentsU15-U18 - BOYS & GIRLS CLASSIC - CLUB FEE: $700

 Fall Season - Girls (4 months) start August 1, 2020 and end Mid-November 2020.

Spring Season – Boys (4 months) start mid-January and ends mid-May 2021. 

Coaching, Development, Conditioning, Fields, Equipment, Registration, Insurance.

Fall Season (September-November) of Classic League play.

Players will usually participate in 10-12 league matches per season, 6-8 tournament matches per season and various match friendlies

Teams will have 2-3 practices and skills training sessions per week – between 3-5 hours per week.

Optional additional pool skills training sessions.  Additional training session with any other Steele Creek Soccer Club teams.  Train up to 4 nights a week.

 Does Not Include: Uniforms- purchased direct from www.Changellersportsteamwear.com , team fees (outlined below)

Steele Creek Soccer Club UnderArmour uniform kits will be purchased directly by the parent through Soccer.com.   After the commitment fee has been paid, families will receive email instructions on how to purchase the kit and the required pieces.  The club registrar to help confirm number availability and confirm number selected.   Steele Creek Soccer Club kit will ship directly to the player”s  home.

Team managers will collect referee fees from each player.  If team coaches, managers and parents decide to play additional matches, tournaments, events, or purchase additional Team Apparel that is not covered by the Club Fee, the Team Manager will collect a proportional amount for these costs (including travel expenses per club policy for the coach)


All players are responsible for down payment of Club Fees listed below due on commitment night signing. Please see table below for payment schedule based on team placement. All players are responsible for payment schedule except where adjusted payment schedule has been approved.



 Carolina Rush does provide a financial assistance program based on available funds. To be considered for the financial assistance program, please complete the financial aid packet and submit on commitment night.  The application will be reviewed with all others seeking assistance and determination will be made by based on available funds.  Families will be contacted with 2 weeks of submission as to an amount that can be awarded.  Applications received after commitment night will not be accepted.
